# Get an AI chat import job (internal)

**GET /ai-chat/{caseId}/import/{importId}**

Desktop plumbing: returns one AI chat import job for the case, including its status, error message and import counts, so the uploader can poll progress. Returns 404 if the job does not belong to the case.
