# Get the evidentiary map

**GET /ai/cases/{caseId}/evidentiary-map**

Returns, for each element of each legal claim, the supporting and contradicting evidence, its strength and the AI assessment, plus any attorney override. Returns 404 when the case has no summary yet. Requires commenter access or above to the case and an active plan (403 otherwise); not available to opposing counsel.
