# Void a billing item (internal)

**POST /admin/billing-items/{id}/void**

Cancels a billing item that is pending, parked as a draft or failed to collect, and frees its idempotency key so the same charge can be recorded again. Returns 404 for an unknown item and 409 when the item has any other status or changed at the same time. Super admin only.
