# Get the current plan and usage

**GET /billing/plan/current**

Returns the organization's plan (tier, cadence, billing mode and the card that will be charged) with usage against its caps for seats, storage, this month's AI tokens and cases, and `delinquent`, which is true when a plan base fee failed more than 7 days ago. `plan` is null when the organization is not on case billing; usage is still returned. Requires an org admin, owner or billing role.
