# Get a Plaid item's live status

**GET /financial-data/plaid-item/{plaidItemId}/status**

Calls Plaid's /item/get for the connected bank login and returns Plaid's response unchanged. Case owners and admins only; returns 409 if the organization has not finished Plaid onboarding.
