# Receive a Clio deauthorization (internal)

**POST /legal/clio/deauthorize**

Called by Clio when a user removes access to the app from Clio. Deactivates that user's Clio connection (`user_id`); when it was the firm's primary connection, another connected user becomes primary, or the firm is disconnected when there is none. Answers 200 with an empty body, also when `user_id` is missing or unknown.
