POST /ai/cases/{caseId}/context/confirm
Access token

Marks the context as reviewed by an attorney (confirmedByAttorney: true), after which the AI treats it as confirmed background. Returns 404 when the case has no context yet. Requires owner or admin access to the case and an active plan (403 otherwise); not available to opposing counsel.
