POST /webhooks/stripe/invoice-charge

Receives Stripe invoice and charge webhook events. The Stripe signature is verified against the raw body; an invalid signature or payload returns 400. With webhook hardening on, each event is processed once and a retryable failure returns 500 so Stripe retries; otherwise a processing failure is logged and still answered with 200.
