GET /plaid-partner/customer/oauth-institutions

Access token

Org admins only. Asks Plaid which OAuth banks the organization's end customer is registered with and returns Plaid's oauth_institutions list unchanged (empty if Plaid sends none). Returns 404 if the organization is not registered. Returns 409 outside production.
