POST /admin/billing-items/{id}/comp
Access token

Waives a billing item that is pending, parked as a draft or failed to collect, so it is never charged; comping a pro-upgrade item also grants pro to its case. Returns 404 for an unknown item and 409 when the item has any other status or changed at the same time. Super admin only.
