POST /ai/cases/{caseId}/summary/accept-pending
Access token

Replaces the factual narrative with its pending version, clears the pending fields and the stale flag, and returns the summary. Returns 400 when nothing is pending and 404 when the case has no summary. Requires owner or admin access to the case and an active plan (403 otherwise); not available to opposing counsel.
