GET /cases/{caseId}/billing/statement
Access token

Lists the case's billing rows newest first (50 by default, at most 200, paged with limit and skip) with the total charged and the list value of plan-included rows; both totals cover every row, not just the page. Plan-included rows have informational: true and, like waived or voided rows, never count toward totalChargedCents. Requires a member role or above in the organization and owner or admin access to the case; not available to opposing counsel.
