POST /admin/orgs/{orgId}/migrate-billing
Access token

Creates the organization's billing profile with the given tier, billing mode and cadence, moves its legacy subscription's card onto the customer when it can, then cancels the legacy subscription. Returns whether a card is on file and whether a legacy subscription was cancelled. Returns 404 for an unknown organization, 409 when it is already on case billing and 400 for an invalid tier, mode and cadence combination. Super admin only.
