POST /admin/case/move-device-to-case

Moves a device and what was collected from it (extraction codes, backups, conversations, contacts, media, browser history, notes, files, comments and data source statuses) from sourceCaseId to targetCaseId in the same organization; with dryRun it only reports what would move. The message lists the counts and any step that failed. Returns 404 for an unknown case or device and 400 when the cases are the same, in different organizations, or the device is not on the source case. Super admin only.
