GET /legal/smokeball/matters
Access token

Lists a page of matters from the connected Smokeball account, through the caller's own Smokeball connection when they have one and the firm's primary connection otherwise, filtered by status and query (25 per page by default, at most 200), each marked with whether it is already linked to a case. Requires a member role or above in the organization; returns 403 while the Smokeball integration is turned off.
